i am a freelance creative director and creative department consultant specializing in talent acquisition, staffing, creative direction, and agency/company ethos.
while working as a creative director, my role was to concept high level campaigns for each of my clients and monitor the progress and process of other clients within the agency.
additionally, my role was to function as the head of the creative department of the agency, reporting directly to the cco. i was responsible for hiring creatives, administration of reviews, development of creative process and how to work with both local and global clients, org charts within internal teams, developing the ethos of the agency with a brand identity, and leading internal agency culture.
after 5 years at my previous agency, which was acquired by the havas network in late 2017, i am looking for new opportunities at growing companies.
