PDS-08 Expansion Pack

Problem: The pediatric probiotic space is a new territory for a lot of parents. Double-click outward to the microbiome and it’s even more murky. The probiotic space in general is wrought with misinformation, false claims, and buzzwords lacking scientific evidence or validation.

When we launched our second product at Seed—PDS-08 Pediatric Daily Synbiotic—we set out to streamline the communication process between Seed and our newly developing parent community. With new members joining our world our goal was to capture the breadth of Seed’s offerings—education, member experience, always-on services like SciCare—for parents getting ready to introduce a probiotic into their child’s routine.

Experiment: The PDS-08 Expansion Pack—a gamified educational drip series that was timed with their PDS-08 order. Each email—order confirmation, shipping, arrival, etc.—was a new “level” that parents unlocked to equip them with the knowlegde they needed to not only add probiotics to their child’s regiment but also educate them about the benefits of probiotics.
